个人简介:
施开放,男,汉族,安徽马鞍山人,教授,博士生导师,安徽省青年拔尖人才-青年学者,安徽省优秀青年研究生导师。获安徽省高等教育教学成果二等奖、全国高等学校GIS教学成果二等奖、首届川渝科技学术大会优秀论文一等奖,连续入选2022-2024年Elsevier全球前2%顶尖科学家榜单。主要从事夜光遥感、城市社会经济智能感知与模拟等方面的研究与教学工作。近年来,先后主持国家自然科学基金青年项目、面上项目、安徽省高等学校科研计划杰出青年基金项目、安徽省研究生教育教学改革研究重点项目等10余项。以第一或通讯作者在Nature Cities、The Innovation、Landscape and Urban Planning、Earth’s Future、Computers, Environment and Urban Systems、IEEE Transactions on Geosciences and Remote Sensing等国内外主流学术期刊上发表论文80余篇,其中ESI高被引论文7篇(包括1篇热点论文),担任Nature Sustainability、Nature Cities等国内外几十个核心期刊审稿人。
研究方向:夜光遥感、城市社会经济智能感知与模拟
构建了夜光遥感非系统性噪声与时序校正模型,显著提升了主流异源夜光遥感数据的时空可比性与延伸性;研发了城市社会经济智能感知模型,实现了城市空间结构-社会经济结构的精细化识别与模拟;解析了城市空间-社会经济结构演化模式及其生态环境响应机理。研究成果被世界银行、NASA、美国国家经济研究局、世界经济论坛等机构采纳和应用,并被科技日报、中国新闻网、安徽日报等媒体广泛报道。研发的长时序高空间分辨率社会经济指标数据集,公开发布在国家地球系统科学数据中心和Harvard Dataverse等国内外数据共享网站上,并被广泛下载和引用。
